Parasites: How I Got Rid Of Them Naturally
Are you dealing with signs and symptoms of a parasitic infection and don’t know how to get rid of them? Are parasites the root cause of your chronic illness? I am sharing with you the exact products I have used to get rid of my parasitic infection for good!
Any successful parasite cleanse MUST include supplements, as dietary interventions are simply not strong enough. Remember, parasites are extremely adaptive pathogens: their #1 goal is to hide in your body and to take advantage by stealing your nutrients. Parasitic infections can stay dormant for years after an infection - this means you are not experiencing any symptoms - and in most cases are being reactivated once the immune system is weakened by a stressful event (either psychically due to emotional stress or physically due to mold/heavy metal/chemical exposure, a tick-bite, etc.). That’s when they start to take over, wreck havoc on your body and cause symptoms to appear.
One in three people has a potentially nasty parasite hiding in the body—tucked away in tiny cysts that the immune system can’t eliminate and antibiotics can’t touch. Natural herbs are a much more powerful choice than antibiotics, as parasites can become antibiotic resistant.
Let’s dive into the protocol:
Drainage Support: The first step is to open drainage pathways and to ensure all organ systems are functioning at peak performance for the upcoming eradication. Drainage pathways are literally your body's way to eliminate toxins via kidney, liver, gallbladder, lymph, bowels, mitochondria etc. It’s essential to open them BEFORE any eradication process, so that the body is able to excrete the stirred up toxins and to prevent herxheimer reactions. I use bloodwork in my practice to determine which of the pathways may be stagnant and need extra support. Be aware that pathogens often do not run alone - candida, tick associated illnesses, mold, lyme and viruses are often counterparts and together they block out drainage pathways, which often is the onset of a myriad of symptoms.
Disrupt Biofilm: Step two is to disrupt biofilm. Parasites can form biofilm in which they live and hide in. In order for any antimicrobials to effectively work and reach the pathogens, biofilm must be broken up before and during the eradication protocol. If biofilm is not properly busted, you can take all the killing-herbs under the sun with no effect. Skipping this step is often the reasons why the infection and symptoms subside for a while after the cleanse and then reappear.
Mimosa Pudica targets pathogens systemically by paralyzing them, which forces them to fall off the intestine wall. Mimosa Pudica - which is also known as a “highly effective gut scrubber”, because its' seeds become a thick sticky gelatinous gel - is then able to latch onto those paralyzed parasites, as well as onto chemical toxins, heavy metals and harmful bacteria and to safely excrete them.
Step three is to actively kill the parasites with natural herbs, that each target different species and forms (worm, larvae, and eggs). While each herb alone has great anti-parasitic properties, using the different herbs together has merit. Rotate those is key to target the parasites' complex life cycles that can migrate into different stages in different parts of the body.
These are the most effective anti-parasitic herbs:
Wormwood features an active ingredient called sesquiterpene lactone, which weakens parasitic membranes in pinworms, roundworms, and other parasites. It also contains strong bitter agents known as absinthin and anabsinthin, which stimulate digestive, liver and gallbladder function.
Berberine is know for its strong anti-parasitic effects for treating Giardia and roundworms. It also helps to protect against tapeworm infections.
Black Walnut Hull has been universally acknowledged to be a strong parasite-killing herb. It contains high concentrations of chemicals called tannins and quinine, which have the ability to expel various kinds of worms and parasites that live in the intestines. Another key active component is its anti-parasitic plant compound called juglone which aids in combatting protozoans. It is known to be effective in killing over a hundred types of parasites in the developmental and adult stages.
Clove is much more than a pleasant food flavoring. It is rich in phytochemicals called phenolics, including eugenol, which are strong in the eradication of numerous pathogens in the gut, plus it is one of the very few herbs that is able to destroy their eggs.
Turpentine comes from trees and is a resin or pine wood and its purpose is to protect trees from parasites. It works by placing a few drops on a sugar cube, which serves as the bait for the unwanted guests. It Is a controversial alternative treatment, but many people are reporting expelling parasites after hitting a plateau with as little as just one teaspoon per day. (I have not used Turpentine)
Parasites can cause and keep the body in a weakened state, since they rob the body of various nutrients. Therefore we need to build up the immune system, to not only prepare the body to fight parasites, but as well to prevent any infestation in the future. Different medicinal mushrooms are very potent in boosting the immune system, my favorite ones are Reishi and Lions Mane.
Last but not least you need a binder. Parasites produce waste products in our body, which in some cases can be worse than the parasite, as they can
affect our digestive system, so that we’re unable to digest protein
suppress our immune system
cause a bacterial imbalance in the gut
It is essential to bind and eliminate those waste products, in order to lessen the toxic load in the body. The most commonly known binders are Bentonite Clay or Charcoal, but they do have a disadvantage as they are limited to work in the gut. My absolute favorite binder to treat parasites is Cellcore's Biotoxin Binder, as it is the only one that is not limited to the gut, but instead is able to soak up toxins from different areas of the body, which is important, since parasites can migrate to different parts of the body.
